Have you ever wanted to complete a 5K?  If the answer is yes, you have come to the right place.  5K’s are a popular distance for races, especially beginners.

The Second Wind can help you in your preparation for race day and provide you encouragement along the way during your training.

We have created multiple 5K training plans to fit your level of fitness.

  • Beginner – Similar to a Couch to 5K plan, this plan will prepare you for finishing your first 5K.
  • Intermediate – This plan will help you in trying to set a personal record (PR).
  • Advanced – If you are looking to maximize your performance, this plan is for you.
